PARKS & OPEN SPACE

The re-development of this park was conceived in conjunction with the City of Toronto and the neighbouring community.  This park was also featured on the television show “Green Force”.   Boxed in on one side by a highway, and another side by a brick wall, the site was transformed into an oasis, complete with a gathering area, community garden plots, lush plantings and sculpture.  The local residents were involved in the planting and now are proud to have a beautiful space of their own.
