Chedoke Heights

Hamilton, Ontario

Description

Chedoke Heights will be built where the Chedoke Hospital once stood. The site will feature a collection of homes: two-storey townhomes, three-storey townhomes, bungalofts and executive townhomes.

SDG’s concept was based on the legacy of health and healing at the Chedoke site. It offers a series of spaces for fitness, historical learning and quiet contemplation, allowing residents and visitors to recharge their body, mind and soul. The history of the site is described in a series of interpretive spaces, many of which are accompanied by outdoor fitness stations, inviting visitors to stop and spend some time in the park.
