Durham College sought to reimagine their Student Centre building which houses student and administration facilities, along with one of Canada’s emerging esports offerings. Included in this scope was the building’s outdoor amenities, requiring a large flexible event space that can house parties of up to 200 people. SDG has delivered conceptual works for this project, and it is currently ongoing through design development.
