Indwell’s St. Mark’s place awarded the Paul Oberman Award at the Architectural Conservancy Ontario.

Indwell’s St. Mark’s Place has been recognized with the Paul Oberman Award for Adaptive Reuse: Large Building at the Architectural Conservancy Ontario Event last night. The Paul Oberman award celebrates projects that creatively integrate and repurpose important heritage structures, ensuring their preservation for future generations to use and enjoy. Emma from Invizij Architects Inc. and the Heritage consultant, Megan Hobson, graciously accepted the award on behalf of the team.

A big shout-out to Indwell, Nith Valley Construction, Megan Hobson (heritage consultant), Kalos Engineering, CK Engineering, Zon Engineering, Invizij Architects Inc, the Landwise Team, BELi (Building Envelope Lab Inc) and of course the former congregation of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church.
