Landscape Designer
OALA, CSLA, ASLA (Associate)
Vince received his undergraduate degree in landscape architecture from the University of Guelph. During his studies, Vince took a specialized interest in history, and more specifically, historical and cultural landscapes.
Vince joined SDG in 2023 as a new designer entering the field. Through his time here, Vince has developed immensely as an individual and professional, providing a thorough approach to projects and client relations. He strives to deliver value in each aspect of his work, and has proven to be an effective collaborator with colleagues and consultants.
Vince brings a passionate approach to work within the public realm, with a particular emphasis on education and community projects. Vince’s design interests lie in low-impact development strategies, urban ecology, and people-scale communities. The ways in which landscapes change and evolve over time intrigue him, and he finds purpose in considering this evolution in his design process.
With experience in landscape construction, Vince has a well-rounded skill set that allows him to approach landscape design from both a practical and conceptual perspective. He truly enjoys the process of learning and strives to continually expand his understanding of landscape design by exploring new projects, software, and methods. Vince’s learning aptitude is supported by his colleagues, whom he is thankful to consider as mentors during his professional development period.
