Wyatt Development Group created a multi-disciplinary team for the luxurious multi-unit development in Oakville.
The Water Walk Townhomes are just seconds from the Bronte Harbour and developed by Audax Architects.
Water Walk was one of the first community development projects to use a Silva Cell system for tree planting in Oakville. A Silva Cell is a modular underground system that uses soil to support large tree growth and provide on-site stormwater management by absorption, evapotranspiration and interception.
