Description
The City of Hamilton retained Seferian Design Group to assist with the contract administration of three municipal parks. Carter Park in downtown Hamilton was the largest of the three parks featuring new asphalt pathways, lighting, signage, site furnishings (benches, water fountain, trash receptacles), games tables, basketball court, gazebo, stone entry columns, decorative fencing, and plantings.
